As a second generation commercial real estate practitioner, I grew up hearing terms like "Cap-rates" and "Ground Lease." After graduating from the Terry College of Business over in Athens, I joined my family’s commercial real estate firm, The Sonenberg Company, in 2003. I sell land and office properties, and lease office and retail properties across North Georgia. As for personal interests, I love the Atlanta area, but I most enjoy getting outside and taking in all that North Georgia offers. I’ve even started an outdoors blogging service, OutdoorsBlogger.com and you can find my personal writings on fishing, hiking, hunting on my North Georgia Outdoors Blog.
