   Nothing.  It is all based on publicly available data, we’ve just tried to put it into an easy to view format.
3. Do I have to submit personal information in order to gain access?
   No.  We don’t collect email addresses and names in order to conduct marketing campaigns, etc.  If you want to sign up for updates on the site, fine, if not…. that’s fine too.  Building a great reputation and name recognition has worked for us for nearly thirty years, so we leave it in your hands to contact us if we can assist you.
4. Where did you get the property data from and how accurate is it?
   All sales records are pulled from public records in the county in which they were recorded.  While we strive to maintain highly accurate and timely data, please understand that all public records are maintained by the counties themselves.
5. Can I use the Georgia Land Comps on this site to set a value on my land or for an appraisal?
